I had a wonderful stay here with accommodating staff, a magnificent location just 10 minutes from the castle, a spotless and spacious room, and plenty of delicious food for meals.

Its location is marvellous and unique, only a short distance to St Michael's Church. The rooms here are incredibly comfortable with a good bathroom. The stuff are good and gorgeous and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge: )

I appreciated the staff's attention to detail, as they promptly replenished any food items that ran out. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient to access various attractions, including the central bazaar and the citadel. Lastly, I loved that there were western-style shopping malls nearby, where I could indulge in some familiar comforts and grab a cup of the best coffee in Hawler at Second Cup. Although the garden area was beautiful, there was no live entertainment or Spa lounge.
